Before you can work with our leasing team to find your home you must fill out an application and pay the required fee. Once approved our leasing team will work with you to find your rental home.

The application process generally takes between 1-2 business days. Please make sure all of the necessary paperwork is filled out and given to our leasing manager to avoid delays.
In order to hold a home a $200.00 non-refundable deposit must be placed. This deposit will be applied toward your move-in costs on the day of move in.
You will need to pay your security deposit (1 ½ month rent), pet deposit (if applicable) and 1st month rent. Please call our leasing manager to get the exact amount.
Yes, rent is due on the 1st of the month for the majority of the leases. Please refer to your lease for rent due dates and late fee charges. Typically there is a 5 day grace period to pay your rent.
In most cases one pet is allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. This will vary by home, please contact our leasing manager to inquire about a specific home.
Once you sign your lease one of our leasing agents will meet you at your home to do a Move-In Walkthrough. Our leasing agent will walk through the home with you with our Move-In Checklist and give you the keys.
You can mail rent in, hand deliver it to our office, or pay online. We accept money orders or cashier’s check. Please note that rent is due on the first of the month. Our office is located at 27479 Schoolcraft Rd, Livonia MI 48150.
The landlord can only enter your home if at least 24 hour notice is given. If we are unable to get in touch with you by phone we will post a notice to your door with the necessary date and time. There are certain requirements that the landlord must abide by, and entering the home is sometimes necessary during the term of your lease.
No, your rental rate will stay the same during the term of your lease unless the lease states otherwise.
Yes, you are required to submit the utility transfer confirmation #’s for gas and electric. Because water is in the owner’s name, you will receive a copy of the water bill to pay.
No, your lease is valid until the end date on your lease. If you terminate before the end of the lease you will be responsible for the remainder of your payments.
The landlord is responsible for some repairs, the tenant is responsible for others. If you damage something at the home you will be responsible for payment.
